NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-8530-CO-042 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WOODSIDE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and KANNIKA NIMITHKOUNE; TIA NIMITHKOUNE; AIZA IKHAANAHOYO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KANNIKA NIMITHKOUNE N/K/A IVAN N; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 and UNKNOWN TENANT 1 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of April, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 1103-D, of WOODSIDE VILLAGE, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, page(s) 78 through 86, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4861, page 1517 through 1586, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; the street address of which is: 4125 East Bay Drive #1103D Clearwater, FL 33764.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
