NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated February 29, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-000477-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, Dated as of January 1, 2007, GSAMP Trust 2007-FM1, Plaintiff and Donald J. Lynford, Jr. and Tracy L. Lynford, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on April 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 1, OAKLEAF VILLAGE UNIT NO. 8, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGES 74 AND 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
