NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated March 6, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-008901-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of October 1, 2006, GSAMP Trust 2006-HE7, Plaintiff and Algis Pimpis and Tatjana Goldberg, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on April 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 6 BRIGADOON OF CLEARWATER, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 35-37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
