NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated March 8, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008 CA 016469 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR1, Plaintiff and Jeffrey J. Housholder a/k/a Jeffery J. Housholder and Sharon L. Housholder, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on April 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 802, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF BRIDGETON NORTH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 82 THROUGH 89, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 77 AND 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JUNE 19, 1974, IN O.R. BOOK 4185, PAGES 382-481, AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4378, PAGE 977, IN O.R. BOOK 4378, PAGE 1013, IN O.R. BOOK 4650, PAGE 1068, AND IN O.R. BOOK 4650, PAGE 1070, O.R. BOOK 5862, PAGE 1932, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
