THE NORTH 42.67 FEET OF THE SOUTH 69.07 FEET OF LOT 6, BROOKFIELD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., on April 27, 2012. The sale shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
