YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
LOT 27, BLOCK 86, FIRST ADDITION TO RE-REVISED MAP OF INDIAN BEACH SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 11 THROUGH 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A PART OF LOT 26, BLOCK 86 OF SAID FIRST ADDITION TO RE-REVISED MAP OF INDIAN BEACH SUBDIVISION DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF AFORESAID LOT 26 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF AFORESAID LOT 26, SOUTH 72 DEGREES 59'54” EAST, 41.86 FEET; THENCE NORTH 78 DEGREES 27'43” WEST, 42.02 FEET TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF AFORESAID LOT 26; THENCE ALONG SAID WEST BOUNDARY ALONG A CURVE TO THE RIGHT WITH A RADIUS 245.00 FEET CHORD BEARING NORTH 16 DEGREES 32'02” EAST, CHORD AND ARC 4.00 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris Hardwick Schneider, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 120, Tampa, FL 33634 within thirty (30) days of the first publication and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
