NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 14, 2009, in Case No. 51-2008-CA-2864-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pasco County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Roy L. Gray a/k/a Roy Lee Gray, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 2nd day of April, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, OF PASADENA PINES, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 72 THROUGH 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
