NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated June 15, 2010, entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-002221 WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORL AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS, CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-H is the Plaintiff and Michelle Beacham aka Michelle J. Beacham, et al., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on March 27, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 7, BUILDING 21020, OF GLENDALE VILLASLOT 480, EMBASSY HILLS, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
