NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:

Book 7224, Page 1556, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, Page 1, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 7346 Newburns Place, New Port Richey, FL 34655.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on April 16, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
