Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Ex Parte order resetting sale of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 28, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 26, BLOCK 1, LEIGHTON PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 8639 LEIGHTON DR, TAMPA, FL 33614; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on April 05, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
