NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-008167ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and CARLOS RODRIGUEZ; STAGECOACH PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LIZAIDA RODRIGUEZ N/K/A LIZAIDA RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 3rd day of April, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with chaper 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 3, STAGECOACH VILLAGE PARCEL 4, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 133 THROUGH 135, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
