NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 27th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-000378ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and VICTOR PAIZ; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; WILDERNESS LAKE PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MARIA PAIZ; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A EDWIN PAIZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd day of April, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with chaper 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK D, OF WILDERNESS LAKE PRESERVE PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 102 THROUGH 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
