Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2012 and entered in CASE NO: 29-2008-CA-003480 of the Circuit Court of the 2nd Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE IT 2005-4, is the Plaintiff, and JENNIFER SPENCER A/K/A JENNIFER T. SPENCER, ET AL., are the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 2:00 P.M. March 29, 2012 on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER 807B, HYDE PARK WALK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 14867, PAGE 164, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENENT THERETO.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
