NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-Cc-005486-WS/O, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Windward Cove Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Joseph Conover and Patricia Conover are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on March 28, 2012, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 102, WINDWARD COVE CONDOMINIUM I, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments as recorded in O.R. Book 1010 Page 44, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 47-49, and rerecorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 148-150, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH that certain Boat Slip No. 11 pursuant to Paragraph 8-D of the Declaration of Condominium of Windward Cove Condominium as per Bill Of Sale And Assignment Of Boat Slip in Exhibit “A” attached to Warranty Deed.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
