NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CC-4775-ES/T, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Homeowners Associatin at Suncoast Lakes,Inc. is Plaintiff, and Enrico Pecson, Joselina Pecson and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 9,2012, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 19, Block 2, Suncoast Lakes Phase 2, as per the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 14, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
