NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-015941 DIV I of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and RUSSELL E. MARRS; TINA KIEFFER MARRS; CARROLLWOOD PRESERVE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION; INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, , at 2pm on June 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 1, CARROLLWOOD PRESERVE ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 5819 BROWDER ROAD, TAMPA, FL 33625.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
