NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated March 5, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-000641-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2005-7, Plaintiff and Jaoquien I. Martinez a/k/a Joaquien Martinez and Tara S. Reedy a/k/a Tara Reedy are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on July 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 51, HUNTING CREEK MULTI FAMILY, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 125-130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
