NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-0008772-I, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein OAK TRAIL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and ALEX L. BENJAMIN and JEANETTE PEPIN-BENJAMIN are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 13 day of April, 2012, at 2:00 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 2, OAKTRAIL, a Townhome, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 31, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
