NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated May 25, 2010, entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-026873 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-0C7 is the Plaintiff and HECTOR RAFAEL VELOZ, et al., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the second floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, 2:00 P.M., on April 3, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
LOT 15 OF BRACEWELL HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 10 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
