NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-CA-015147 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, BOYNTON, JENNIFER, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 2:00 PM, on the 4th day of April, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 24, NORTH TAMPA ESTATES SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO.1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
