NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 09, 2011 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 29th, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-011443 (F) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and JOSEPH D. DIAZ; ROSE E. DIAZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BROOKSHIRE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A MICHAEL JACARUSO AND JANE DOE N/K/A JOANNE HALES AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd floor, rooms 202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 10:00 am, on the 04 day of April, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 6, BROOKSHIRE, PHASE 2B, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
