NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-013873(I) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and CURTIS ROMBOLI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CURTIS ROMBLI; TODD ROMBOLI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TODD ROMBOLI; MIRA LAGO WEST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; INC.; THE RYLAND GROUP INC; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, , at 2pm on April 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 308, OF MIRA LAGO WEST, PHASE 2B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE (S) 91-101, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 425 YORKDALE DRIVE, RUSKIN, FL 33570.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
