NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2012, and entered in 10-CA-013218(I) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and STANLEY BIRGE A/K/A STANLEY CLYDE BIRGE; LURA BIRGE A/K/A LURA ANN BIRGE; KENTWOOD PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; INC..; JOHN DOE N/K/A MICHAEL HALL; JANE DOE N/K/A SHERRY MALONEY are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, , at 2pm on June 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 68, BUILDING J, OF KENTWOOD PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16067, AT PAGE (S) 1747 THOUGH 1841 AS THEREAFTER AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
