NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated March 06, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-008243-WS-J3 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PASCO County, Florida, where in the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash on APRIL 03, 2012, at 11:00 A.M., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PASCO County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 47, Block 2, MILLWOOD VILLAGE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 86, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
