BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and ELEANOR PEPIO; HIGHGATE A CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUN CITY CENTER WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A KINGS POINT WEST CONDOMINIUM, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.;, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1, OF HIGHGATE “A” CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARTION OF CONDOMINUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3874 PAGE 1696, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND EXHIBITS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
