YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for declaratory judgment recognizing and establishing of record Plaintiffs' private prescriptive easement, alternatively a public prescriptive easement, and alternatively Plaintiffs' easement of necessity, across the Defendants' property as described herein, and for such related and supplemental relief as may be available under the circumstances has been filed against you in Pasco County, Florida on the following properties:
PARCEL 1
The East ¾ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 6, Township 24 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida; LESS and except the East ½ of the Southeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of said Section.
TOGETHER with a perpetual non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress over and across the South 35 feet of the Southeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 6, Township 24 South, Range 19 East, as set forth in O.R. Book 5933, Page 965, Pasco County, Florida.
PARCEL 2
The Northeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 6, Township 24 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida. SUBJECT to an easement over the Southerly 25 feet of the Easterly 25 feet thereof.
PARCEL 3
The Southeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 6, Township 24 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress purposes over and across the East 25 feet and the South 35 feet thereof.

The North ½ of the North ½ of the East ½ of the Northeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 6, Township 24 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida.

The South ½ of the South ½ of the East ½ of the Northeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 6, Township 24 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida. SUBJECT to roadway easement, over and across the East 25 feet of the above described property.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress as described in Official Records Book 1481, Page 955, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before April 16, 2012, or within 30 days from the date of the first publication of this Notice on John R. Hixenbaugh, of Trenam, Kemker, Scharf, Barkin, Frye, O'Neill & Mullis, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 200 Central Ave., Suite 1600, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. This notice shall be published once each week for 4 consecutive weeks in the GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW.
