NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated February 29, 2012, entered in Case No. 2010CA007876 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-18 is the Plaintiff and James J. Powers, Jr.; Unknown Spouse of James J. Powers, Jr.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.; Bay Port Colony Property Owners Association, Inc.; The Gallery at Bayport Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on at 10:00 A.M., on April 05, 2012, the George E. Edgecomb Building, 800 East Twiggs St Room 201/202, Tampa, FL, 33602, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 135, THE GALLERY AT BAYPORT CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15890, PAGE 761 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
