NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment March 02, 2012 of Foreclosure of SunTrust Bank entered in the above-styled case, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, on April 5, 2012, at 2:00 p.m., at the Hillsborough County Courthouse, Room 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described as:
