NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-001949 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and THERESA A. EVANS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; BARRINGTON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 11 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. A-2 BARRINGTON AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 885, PAGE 917, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
