NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 07, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-008027 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2005QS14 is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY A. DIGIACOMO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY A DIGIACOMO N/K/A KARA DIGIACOMO; ISLAND WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 11 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
