NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11 2010 CA 000923, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC is the Plaintiff and BERNARD M GRAND-CLEMENT A/K/A BERNARDGRAND CLEMENT, AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB, BANKERS INSURANCE COMPANY, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, LELY CIVIC ASSN., INC., MARIA T GRAND-CLEMENT A/K/A MARIA GRAND CLEMENT and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 11th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 21 OF LELY GOLF ESTATES, ST ANDREW EAST, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
