NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated the 12 day of March 2012, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 11-2010-CA-006774, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the public sale, in the Atrium, 1st Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on April 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment to wit:
Lot 21, Block 6, NAPLES MANOR ANNEX, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 110, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida..
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
