Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13th, 2012, and entered in 2008-02808-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES OOMC-2006-HE3, is the Plaintiff and MANUEL MORAN; ANA L. MORAN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on April 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH ONE HALF (1/2) OF TRACT 86 OF GOLDEN ESTATES, UNIT NO. 82 , ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 21 , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
