NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13 day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-001094, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOAN SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and GABRIELLA MIKO, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., POSITANO PLACE AT NAPLES IV CONCOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., POSITANO PLACE AT NAPLES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., ZOLTAN KOMODI and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 11 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 201, Building 500 of POSITANO PLACE AT NAPLES IV, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4014, page 546 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
