NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0804480CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES AND DEVISEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SHERRI L. BELL A/K/A SHERRI LYNN BELL, DECEASED JAMES R. BELL, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF RICKY L. BELL, JERINE M. USSERY A/K/A JERINE L. USSERY, INDIVIDUALLY, AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF SHERRI BELL, PHYLLIS I. NIXON, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF RICKY L. BELL, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, AND DEVISEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RICKY L. BELL, DECEASED, JAIMIE BELL, PHYLLIS I. NIXON, AS NATURAL GUARDIAN OF ORY PHILLIP BELL, A MINOR, PHYLLIS I. NIXON, AS THE NATURAL GUARDIAN OF ONDREA LANE BELL, A MINOR, THOMAS KITSON, JOHN DOE and JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 11th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST ONE-HALF (1/2) OF TRACT 69, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 35, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
