NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 15 day of March, 2012, in Civil Action No. 12-CA-00257, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which SARA CARPENTER AND
REBECCA CARPENTER, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEES OF THE CARPENTER TRUST U/D/T DATED OCTOBER 26, 1989, A MASSACHUSETTS TRUST are the Defendants, and GROSVENOR OF PELICAN BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 12 day of April, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Condominium Unit Number 1406, Grosvenor, A CONDOMINIUM, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 992, Pages 524 through 620, inclusive, as amended by instruments recorded at Official Records Book 1077, Pages 1114 and 1115, and Official Record Book 1129, Pages 817 and 818, all Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and any additional amendments, together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the common elements as set forth in said Declaration of Condominium, and the exclusive right to the use of Parking Space No. 105 & 113.
