NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated March 15, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 0901451CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC is Plaintiff, and RON BURES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RON BURES IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BRYNWOOD PRESERVE RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. at the First Floor Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on the 11 day of April, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, OF BRYNWOOD PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 54, THROUGH 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This property is located at the Street address of: 12986 Brynwood Way, Naples, FL 34105
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
