NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 1004828CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Joseph Ferio Francois; and Unknown Spouse of Joseph Ferio Francois, n/k/a Gretha Francois, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on April 11, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Beginning at a point 520 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 30, Township 46 South, Range 29 East, Collier County, Florida for the Point of Beginning, thence run North 660 feet; thence West 130 feet; thence South 660 feet; thence East 130 feet to the Point of Beginning, all lying and being in Collier County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
