and commonly known as: 6178 WESTGATE DR UNIT 204, ORLANDO, FL 32835; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on April 30, 2012 at 11 AM.
