NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 48-2009-CA-026725 O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 12th day of April, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk. realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 48, of rybolt reserve phase 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 49, at page(S) 95 through 99 inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
