NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-020514-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE AAMES MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-1, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES is the Plaintiff and JESSE CALDERO A/K/A JESSE J CALDERO, EMERALD COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF APOPKA, INC, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC, DEANA CALDERO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 12th day of April, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, EMERALD COVE, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 129-130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
