NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-009598-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AR4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff, and GABRIEL A. LEGRAND A/K/A GABRIEL A. LAGRAND, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 40, GOLF RESORT VILLAS, AS CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R.BOOK 3039, PAGE 1207, AND ANY AMENDMENTS FILED THERETO PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND APPURTENANCE THEREOF AND TOGETHER WITH AND UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN LOT A, APPROPTIONATE TO SAID UNIT, GOLF RESORT VILLAS ACONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDO BOOK 4, PAGE 130,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
