NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale dated March 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-029583-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and SILESIA GERARDINO, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 9 A/K/A UNIT 9, Building 625 Delaney Place, a Condominium Community, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 8149, Page 1092, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
