NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-014421-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC, ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AMC4 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2007, WITHOUT RECOURSE, is Plaintiff, and MILDRED T. EMMANUELLI, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, SOUTHCHASE PHASE 1A PARCELS 14 AND 15, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 132 THROUGH 138, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
