NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008165 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and TIFFANI DONOVAN; TIMOTHY DONOVAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 54 FEET OF LOTS 14 AND 15, AND THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK E, SEMINOLE PARK, ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ORLANDO, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK E, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
