Final Judgment was awarded on July 17, 2009 in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-018567, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LUMINENT MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-2, is the Plaintiff, and, MIGUEL VAZ; MARTHA VAZ, JOHN DOE N/K/A PATRICK C. ALTMANN; JANE DOE N/K/A LAURA M. ALTMANN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on April 16, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK 2762, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 40, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 90, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
