NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale filed March 5, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 070043 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Cape Coral, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and JUAN ARANA-LUIS, SADYS BALMASEDA, and CURRENT RESIDENT are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for at electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 09:00 AM on the 4 day of May, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 2274, UNIT 33, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 40 through 61, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
