YOU ARE HERBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 161, Block BB, Stoneybrook Unit 3, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 65, Pages 73 through 78, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A., whose address is 550 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 550, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, on or before 30 days after the first publication, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
