NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 5 day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-053812, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein INDYMAC BANK FSB etal, is the Plaintiff and MARIA B. PEREZ, THE CITY OF FORT MYERS, FLORIDA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA B. PEREZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTONIO PEREZ, ANTONIO PEREZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commencing at the South 1/4 corner of Section 36, Township 47 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida; thence along the North and South 1/4 line of said Section 36, Northerly 525.00 feet; thence parallel with the South line of Section 36, Easterly deflecting 89º42'00” to the right 695.00 feet for the PLACE OF BEGINNING of the parcel herein described; thence continuing parallel with the South line of said Section 36, Easterly 50.00 feet; thence parallel with the North and South 1/4 line of said Section 36, Southerly deflecting 90º18'00” to the right, 132.00 feet; thence parallel with the South line of said Section 36, Westerly deflecting 89º42'00” to the right, 50.00 feet; thence parallel with the North and South 1/4 line of said Section 36, Northerly deflecting 90º18'00” to the right, 132.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.

SUBJECT TO an access easement over the Northerly 25.0 feet thereof.
