HARFF, et al., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 A.M., on April 2, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
LOT 26, 27 AND 28, BLOCK 1398, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 96-120 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
